Because the CleanBiz Kit is a digital product and access is provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes situations where you:

• Change your mind after purchasing.
• Decide you no longer want or need the CleanBiz Kit.
• Purchase the product accidentally.
• Do not use some or all of the resources.
• Expect a particular business result that was not promised or guaranteed by CleanBiz.

Problems With Your Download

If there is a problem on our end, such as your download link not working, files being missing or corrupted, or you receiving the wrong files, please contact us at support@cleanbizkit.com within 30 days of purchase.

We will first make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide you with the product you purchased.

Where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, we may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

The 30-day issue-reporting period above does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Where the CleanBiz Kit does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law. Australian consumer guarantee rights cannot be excluded simply through a store's refund policy.
