You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address when placing your order.

Digital access is generally provided immediately after successful payment. However, there may occasionally be delays caused by payment processing, email delivery, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Purchasing a CleanBiz digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within that product.

Where a CleanBiz resource is intended to be customised for use within your own business, such as a template, form, checklist, quote or invoice, you may modify and use that resource for your own business operations.

You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share or otherwise make the original CleanBiz resources or substantially reproduced versions of those resources available to third parties, whether for free or for payment, unless we have provided prior written permission.

You must not package CleanBiz resources into another digital product, template bundle, course, membership, resource library or other product for distribution or resale.
